    For what we are responsible?

    As the Vleeqa is a market place having purpose to improve financial problems of people. It does not have any measurement to judge the vendor or clients fair. So each client or vendor be aware before buying and selling. Vleeqa will not responsible for any kind of fraud from vendor or client. In case of system failure or hacked; we are not responsible for any misbehave. As we are providing space vendors without any cost, so any time or situation our services may be restricted, new rules can be applied or services covered with or without any reasoning.

    What actions will be taken in case of users misbehave?

    In case of fruad or any other misbehave we can suspend the account(both vendor or client) without and notice or reasoning. We do not take highly actions in case of fraud or misbehave frome the side of vendor or client. We are also not responsible for any clash between vendor and client.

    who can access the data or details?

    Admin have all rights to protect the data. In case of user’s request for access; admin is not responsible for giving access. This will completely based on admin what he feel better.  But is any case data is leaked; we are not responsible.

    Which information we can collect from you?

    As the Vleeqa based on connected vendors. So both the vendors and clients must be aware to share his/her details that may be personnel or credential. Vleeqa will completely not responsible for any kind of misbehave with your data.

    Data Privacy and Security

    Data protection is a key consideration of all new and existing IT systems that hols personal data. Where any concerns, risks or issues are identified, we conduct relevant impact assessments in order to determine any actions that are necessary to ensure optimum privacy. But in case of system failur, system hacking or any kind of misbehave from vendor or client; we are not responsible.

    How will we use the information?

    Vleeqa just need some details about you to recognize you. These information can be used for further processing. Like we need vendor’s information to create his/her store and clients to send products at their door-step. 

    Payments and other Credential Detail

    Vleeqa does not have any own policy about payments. payments methods will be based on vendors which they feel reliable. Vleeqa is completely not responsible for any payments.

    Right to be informe

    In case of any misbehave you can inform to Admin.

    Right to access

    Tri Stone is free space for bussinesess. So any one can get access to its products. All the users will deals according to thier roles.

    Right to rectification

    Vendor, clientsand  admin can use thier rights of restrictions to enhance the safety. 

    Right to be forgotten

    In case of forgotton you can complain to admin. Your request will be fully actioned within 30 days.

    Right to object

    You have the right to withdraw consent at any time

    Right to restrict processing

    Vendor, clients and admin can restrict the processing any time without reasoning. However it will be encourageable if they informe in case of fault.
